Before beginning his banking career at CITIBANK, Mr. Liu was a licensed Securities Financial Consultant (NASDAQ Series 7 & 63), serving high-net-worth clients through Baraban Securities, Inc. (1996–1997), a broker-dealer based in New York.
Today, Mr. Liu leads F. Liu, Trustee & Co. with the same discipline and fiduciary duty that defined his work in institutional finance—offering rehabbers, capital partners, and investors a trusted channel for high-integrity real estate acquisitions.
Buyer’s Role & Purpose
The Buyer, F. Liu, Trustee, is acquiring properties on behalf of a privately managed real estate investment land trust (not for personal residence or occupancy). Each acquisition is part of a strategic initiative focused on the repositioning and potential resale or rehabilitation of undervalued or distressed real estate assets.
As Trustee, Mr. Liu serves in a fiduciary capacity and is responsible for:
Coordinating the acquisition and legal compliance of properties on behalf of the trust and its capital partners
Overseeing investor participation, capital allocation, and asset management strategies
Facilitating post-acquisition improvements, including property rehabilitation, repositioning, or resale efforts in alignment with the trust’s overall objectives
This structure ensures that each acquisition is handled with professional diligence, integrity, and alignment of interests—providing all parties involved with confidence and clarity throughout the process.
